Executive and Life Coaching #01

What is the story you want to tell? How do you want to impact? What do you stand for?

Your words, your actions, the way you are, tell the story of who you are. And the story you want to be telling may not be the story you are telling.

Leaders set the tone, the language and the behaviour for a business.

  • If you are seeking clarity about the story you want to tell

  • If you want to impact authentically and effectively

  • If you want to make choices to grow as an individual

coaching is a powerful way to move forward.

Coaching is a partnership that unlocks your potential, grows awareness, focus and choice. It looks at where you are now and what you will do, who you will be to get to where you want to be in the future.

  • For Teenagers

Sally is passionate about teenagers believing in themselves and reaching for their dreams. The stories teenagers tell themselves, their fears, what they believe about themselves, their ‘mindset’ gets in the way of them fulfilling their potential.
As coach Sally challenges this mindset and unlocks their potential.

    Teenagers benefit from:
  • Being clearer about what they want
  • A more empowering mindset
  • Finding their individual voice
  • Connecting with their strengths
  • An improved self image
  • Increased confidence

    This results in:
  • Making dreams real
  • Broader aspirations
  • Making better life decisions
  • Achieving exam success
  • Teenagers becoming role models for future generations

  • About Sally

Sally is passionate about her clients fulfilling their potential and being successful – whatever success means to them. She works with her clients to connect them with their strengths and to be authentic. To build relationships and teams that communicate well, perform and deliver results. By facilitating clear purpose, goals and action that fit their unique contexts and needs Sally moves clients directly to what they want. She provides support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

Sally’s background in education and psychotherapy is integral to the way she works. Success, personal and group, is fundamentally shaped by emotional intelligence – self-awareness, self management, social awareness and the ability to manage relationships.

Drawing from the connection between our thoughts, emotions and actions and how they can affect and influence our behaviour Sally moves her clients to choose more effective ways of being. Ways that enhance performance and results.

Sally has always been intrigued by what gets in the way of someone performing well and by how people can be enabled to reach and maximise their potential in order to be successful.

Creativity, innovation and new ideas flourish at the interface between diverse worlds, fields or industries. As poet, writer and coach Sally is a bridge linking these diverse worlds, providing the opportunity for her clients to acquire new learning, valuable ideas, creativity and growth.

Sally is a certified coach (CPCC, ACC) and registered psychotherapist (UKCP). She lives in Leeds, West Yorkshire with her partner.
